We only have a few days to make sure Governor Northam rejects costly and ineffective handouts to coal companies. April 9 is the deadline for Northam to veto two different bills that would reinstate Virginia’s Coalfield Employment Enhancement Tax Credit, which has cost Virginians millions of dollars while doing nothing to save jobs in Southwest Virginia.
