Virginia LCV sets date for annual legislative recognition

Each year Virginia LCV celebrates conservation victories and honors state legislators who championed conservation during the General Assembly.
This year’s event, An Evening Social at Maple Spring, will be held Saturday, June 13 at the country home of Joseph Perta in Marshall and is a great opportunity to join fellow conservationists from around the Commonwealth as we recognize our Legislative Heroes and Leaders.

An Evening Social at Maple Spring will feature the unveiling of Virginia LCV’s annual Conservation Scorecard, in addition to honoring the Delegates and Senators who displayed conservation leadership in the 2015 legislative session. Please join us in recognition of those legislators who make protecting our natural resources a priority.

This is also your chance to support Virginia LCV by becoming a Patron, Sponsor or ticket purchaser for this year’s evening social.

For Patrons and Sponsors, the evening begins at 6 p.m. with a VIP Reception.

For Patrons, Sponsors and ticket purchasers, the dinner program begins at 7 p.m. and will feature cocktails, legislative honors, an exciting auction and wonderful buffet supper. Patrons and Sponsors whose event contributions are received by April 17 will be listed on our event invitation.

If you have questions or would like to know more about the event, please contact Virginia LCV’s development director, Kelly Tsow, at (804) 225-1902 or ktsow@valcv.org.

We hope to share this wonderful evening with you.  Many thanks for your continued support of conservation in Virginia.
