March 24 marked the deadline for Governor Youngkin to act on legislation from this year's General Assembly and his actions made it clear he doesn't care at all about cutting electric bills, creating good-paying jobs, and securing a clean, affordable energy future.
Youngkin vetoed or amended several pieces of legislation that would have accomplished these goals, either killing them directly or adding toxic language to undermine our clean energy goals and take us backwards as we work to secure our transition to 100% clean energy.
Lawmakers will take up Youngkin's actions when they return to Richmond on April 2 for the one-day veto session. Tell them to continue standing up for a future powered by clean and affordable energy!
